About the Journal

AICIEF Proceedings is an international scholarly publication that publishes selected papers presented at the Annual International Conference on Islamic Economic and Finance (AICIEF). The conference has been organized annually since 2024 by the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda, Indonesia.

The proceedings serve as an academic platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and postgraduate students to disseminate research findings, exchange ideas, and discuss contemporary developments in Islamic economics, Islamic finance, Islamic banking, Islamic business, the halal industry, Islamic social finance, financial technology, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and related interdisciplinary fields.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an editorial screening and peer-review process to ensure their academic quality, originality, relevance, and compliance with the AICIEF publication standards. Manuscripts must be written in English, follow the official AICIEF template, and comply with the applicable academic writing, citation, and research ethics requirements.
